How do I create an account?

You don't need a separate account. Simply log in using your Torn API key from Torn → Preferences → API. Basic + Profile access is all we need — we never perform any actions on your Torn account.

Is my API key safe?

Yes. We store it encrypted and only use it to verify your identity and read public profile data (name, level, faction). We never use it to perform trades, attacks, or any game actions.

What currency is used?

All balances and bets are in Torn dollars ($). No cryptocurrency, no real money. Deposits are made by sending in-game Torn money directly to our profile with your unique reference code.

How do I deposit?

Go to the Deposit page after logging in. You'll receive a unique reference code. Send Torn money to our profile via the "Send Money" option with your code as the message. Deposits are processed automatically within ~60 seconds.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $1,000.

What if I sent money without a reference code?

Contact an admin with your Torn name, the amount, and the date/time you sent the money. We can verify it manually from our event logs and credit you within 24 hours.

Can I use Torn trades instead of Send Money?

No — only the "Send Money with message" method works for automatic processing. Trades cannot carry a message, so we cannot match them to your account automatically.

How long do reference codes last?

Reference codes expire after 24 hours. Generate a new one on the Deposit page if yours has expired.

How does Roulette work?

European single-zero roulette (numbers 0–36). You place bets on a number, colour, dozen, half, or odd/even. After spinning, payouts are calculated instantly. Straight-up numbers pay 36×, colours pay 2×.

How does Case Opening work?

You pay the case price to spin a CSGO-style wheel. Each case contains items of different rarities. The item you land on determines your payout (price × multiplier). The drop table and odds are always visible — we are fully transparent.

How does Lucky Draw work?

Each round has a set number of tickets. You pick a ticket number and pay the ticket price. When all tickets are sold or the timer expires, one ticket is drawn at random as the winner who receives the entire prize pool (minus house cut). Past draw results are always public.

How does Bingo work?

Join a room and pay the ticket price for a randomly generated 5×5 bingo card. Numbers from 1–75 are called automatically. Complete any row, column, or diagonal (the centre square is always FREE) and click "CLAIM BINGO!" first to win the prize pool.

What is the house edge?

Each game has a configured house edge: Roulette ~2.7% (European standard), Cases ~10% (factored into item weights and multipliers), Lucky Draw 5% of ticket sales, Bingo 5% of ticket sales.

Are the games provably fair?

Game results are determined server-side using PHP's cryptographically-secure random_int() function. All game session data is logged in our database. Admins can audit any session at any time.

Can I see the odds before I play?

Yes. The Case Opening page shows the full drop table with exact drop percentages for every item. Roulette payouts are shown on every bet button. Lucky Draw and Bingo both show the prize pool and ticket counts live.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. One Torn ID = one casino account. Multi-accounting will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance.

What happens if I am banned on Torn?

If your Torn account becomes inaccessible or banned, you will not be able to log in. Contact an admin directly to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Can I withdraw my balance?

Withdrawals are currently handled manually. Contact an admin via Torn message to arrange a payout. Include your Torn name and the amount you wish to withdraw.

What should I do if I think there is a bug?

Contact an admin immediately via Torn message. Do not attempt to exploit bugs. Any exploited gains will be reversed and the account banned.
